Opening hours during Basel Carnival

The museum will be closed during the Basel Carnival (Mon 10 March to Wed 12 March 2025).

Only the «Basel Carnival» exhibition will be open on Carnival Tuesday, 11 March 2025, from 12:00 to 18:00. Admission is free, entrance to the adjoining building via Augustinergasse 8.

The museum bistro Rollerhof is open during the Basel Carnival.
